Questionnaire - first attempt

This is the first attempt on my questionnaire, and I went around to ask people for comments. They said that the questionnaire is really good, but I should have more types of answers, not only yes and no. I improved in a way, and took in the feedback, but I thought that, if I have more varieties im my answers, it will be harder to make my graphs.
